RDG Hastings Housing Study

In 2025, the City of Hastings and the Hastings Economic Development Corporation partnered to update the 2021 Housing Study. This updated study, conducted by RDG, provides a comprehensive analysis of Hastings’ housing market—highlighting where we stand today and outlining the steps needed to sustain and accommodate our community’s future growth.
