The theater renovation has started and is expected to be open by October 1st! With framing beginning by the end of this month, the 1st apartments, Hangar 55 at the Theatre District, are on schedule to be open around this time in 2023. Renovation of the old Sunmart will start in the next 45 days, with the exterior renovation of the former Kmart to follow, and the commercial flex building will have footings started soon.
